What our sessions involve

Grab a matt and join us for a hatha infused vinyasa practice.  Welcoming begginner-intermediate levels. Practice includes pranayama, asanas, meditation and adjustments, Always Prioritizing what your body can do.

My yoga story...

My Yoga journey began in india 2018 where enrolled on my YTT 200hrs my intention was to practice as part of my daily self care routine. Yoga rippled through my life creating transformational waves of change.

 

I began teaching Yoga in 2021 where i was given the oppertunity to facilitate a community project called Yo-go girl Yoga. The project provided donantion based yoga within the community HU3 of Hull.

 

This led me down a path where i fell in love with teaching yoga I was now able to observe the effects it had on others inspiring me to make this practice affordable and accesible to all.

Since this I have taught yoga for other community led projects the results have inspired me to continue to share this bueatiful pratice.
