 Community  sessions

It is essential to teach children the value of living in a community-based society, where they are exposed to different perspectives and learn to appreciate diversity.

 

This understanding helps them grow into empathetic and open-minded individuals. Equally important is helping children realize their deep connection to nature, as this fosters a sense of belonging and balance. Activities like sound baths and yoga play a key role in supporting children to connect with others, but most importantly, to connect with themselves.

 

These practices are critical for their mental health, helping them develop emotional resilience and self-awareness. Prioritizing their wellbeing from an early age is vital to ensure they grow into healthy, confident individuals who can navigate the world with, love,  understanding and compassion.

Kids Yoga 

Our kids' yoga sessions are one-hour group sessions designed to be fun, creative, and full of energy. Through playful poses, storytelling, and imaginative exercises, we encourage children to connect with their bodies and express their creativity.

 

These sessions are all about making movement enjoyable while fostering a love for yoga.

 

We provide a supportive environment where kids can explore their physical and mental abilities. It's the perfect way to help them unwind, have fun, and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle!

Kids sound baths

Sound baths for kids are fun, interactive sessions that combine creativity, free expression, and mindfulness practices.

Each session is built around a theme that encourages self-inquiry and imagination.

 

Through soothing sounds from instruments like singing bowls and gongs, children explore their emotions and develop self-awareness in a playful, relaxed way.

 

These sessions help kids connect with themselves, promoting calm, focus, and emotional balance.
